Emily Salomé Healing

By booking and receiving a healing session and/or intuitive guidance session with Emily at Emily Salomé Healing, whether online or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
All healing sessions and intuitive guidance sessions provided by Emily at Emily Salomé Healing are complementary, holistic services intended to support overall well-being.
The services offered are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice or treatment.
Light Language is considered a form of energy healing.
2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Healing sessions and intuitive guidance sessions do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Clients are advised to seek advice from a qualified medical or mental health professional for any physical or psychological concerns.
3. No Guarantees
All sessions are offered with care and positive intention. However, results vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibility & Well-Being
You remain fully responsible for your own health, well-being, choices, and actions at all times.
You understand that receiving healing may sometimes result in temporary tiredness or emotional release. You agree to ensure that your session is not booked at a time when you will be driving, operating heavy machinery, or undertaking activities that require full alertness.
You are encouraged to drink adequate water before, during, and after your session to support your body’s natural adjustment.
5. Minimum Age Requirement
All sessions that involve seeking and receiving intuitive guidance from Emily at Emily Salomé Healing are available only to individuals aged 18 years or over.
By booking a session involving seeking and receiving ntuitive guidance from Emily at Emily Salomé Healing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
6. Intuitive Guidance & Readings
Any intuitive or psychic guidance provided is offered for spiritual insight and entertainment purposes only.
Such guidance does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such. This applies to any session, communication, or contact involving receiving intuitive guidance with Emily at Emily Salomé Healing.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information shared during a session is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the Emily Salomé Healing website. Emily acts as the data controller in accordance with UK GDPR.
8. Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Full payment is required prior to your session.
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact Emily at least 48 hours in advance via the email address used for communication or the website contact form.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session appointment time are eligible for:
- A full refund if it's a cancellation
or:
- A reschedule of appointment, where the original payment made will cover the cost of the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session appointment time are not eligible for a full refund or reschedule (except where required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions) unless another client can be found to take the appointment. The same applies for 'no-shows'.
50% of the total session fee will be refunded to the client in cases of cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session start time. The same applies for 'no-shows'.
Once a refund has been activated to be sent to the client it may take 3-5 days to process.
In cases of cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours, where a session cannot take place due to: either unexpected illness that means attendance is not possible, or: bereavement, technical failures, natural disasters, or emergency circumstances affecting either the client or Emily, then in these cases a rescheduled appointment will be offered, where the original payment made will cover the cost of the rescheduled appointment.
9. Online Sessions & Technology
For online sessions, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a smooth experience. However, Emily at Emily Salomé Healing is not responsible for technical issues outside her control, including internet connectivity, platform outages, or device failures.
Where such circumstances prevent a scheduled session from taking place, the session can be rescheduled or refunded if required.
10. Liability
Emily at Emily Salomé Healing holds appropriate professional liability insurance.
Emily at Emily Salomé Healing intends to always provide services with care and professional intention. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emily at Emily Salomé Healing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or outcome arising from participation in healing or intuitive guidance sessions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. International Clients
Clients booking from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that participation in healing or intuitive guidance services is lawful in their own country or jurisdiction.
12. Force Majeure
Emily at Emily Salomé Healing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, medical emergencies, family emergencies, internet or technology failures, power outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where such circumstances prevent a scheduled session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
13. Practitioner Discretion & Ethical Boundaries
Emily at Emily Salomé Healing reserves the absolute right, at her sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or discontinue any healing or intuitive guidance session at any time, including where she determines that it is not energetically, ethically, professionally, or intuitively appropriate to proceed with a session for a particular individual. Any such decision will be made in good faith, with care, respect, and professional integrity, and in the best interests of all parties involved.
Where a session is cancelled by Emily for this reason, the client will be entitled to either a full refund of any fees paid for the affected session or, where appropriate and by mutual agreement, a rescheduled appointment in lieu of a refund.
Emily is not required to provide detailed reasoning, justification, or explanation for such a decision.
14. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Acceptance
