1-to-1 Soul Sessions are your sessions. Your Soul has brought you to this point in your journey. I am a facilitator and I help as a guide on your journey.

There is no set layout to a Soul Session. You'll just need to make sure you're in a calm space where you won't be interrupted, your camera is turned on, and you have a pen and paper if you want to take notes. ​​​​

We connect via Zoom video call.
